Coastal Keys Property Management was born right here in South Texas from something very simple: experience, necessity, and opportunity. As real estate investors ourselves, we understand what it means to own investment property.

What started with managing our own properties grew as other owners began asking us to manage theirs. We saw the need for a management company that approached every property from an owner’s perspective — one that doesn’t simply collect rent and coordinate repairs, but helps owners operate their properties like the investments they were meant to be.

That vision became Coastal Keys. Today we provide hands-on management for long-term residential properties and short-term vacation rentals throughout South Texas, including a growing vacation-rental presence in Port Isabel and the surrounding coastal communities.

Because we’re property owners and investors too, we understand that behind every property is someone’s money, hard work, and future.
